There are no restrictions on who can build within Plantation Palms, provided the plans are reviewed by the Plantation Palms review team under the Design Guidelines, these Design Guidelines have been put in place to protect your investment in Plantation Palms.  

A number of proactive builders have lodged two sets of plans which have already been approved, Plantation Palms have made these builders nominated builders and they are listed below. Not only can these builders offer the plans they have produced but alternative plans also as they are familiar with the guidelines.
